Spokane and the “509” area code have a strong history with the sport of Cross-Country since the early 1900’s. Being around this infectious area for our sport has been eye opening and a challenge. The eye opening part is that since the early 1900s this area has produced some of the best individuals and teams in the Northwest (and U.S.) history. The challenging part is to keep the “rift valley” producing world class runners for decades to come. Our goal is to bring championship style racing to this historic area on a fast and furious course.
