Scholarships
The Spokane Sports Commission is proud to offer a select amount of Athletic Achievement Grants to area sports teams and individual athletes who require financial assistance. Our region's athletic talent is a huge source of pride and positive recognition for our area, and we want to help these athletes realize their athletic goals.
The Sports Commission Board evaluates applications based on the program's policies & guidelines and awards grants based on the established criteria. The Best Ball Classic serves as the primary source of funding for the program. The Athletic Achievement Grants are funded strictly through private community donations and fundraisers such as the Sports Commission Annual Best Ball Tournament.
